Before you go to an aftermarket repair service, be sure to check out the price of a repair by our Apple trained technicians using genuine Apple parts. You may be pleasantly surprised!
Get your Apple product back working the way it should. Our Apple-trained technicians use Apple-approved diagnostics and tools on every repair. And we only use genuine Apple parts. This means that all of our repairs are Apple certified and backed by Apple.
We honour AppleCare + and Apple Warranty and Out of Warranty hardware service at the rates posted on Apple's Canadian website.

iPhone Diagnostics are free.
Mac Diagnostics are $55 for out of warranty machines. This is waved when the quote is accepted.
Pre-visit: Please ensure that you know your passwords. You will require your Apple ID and associated password. You will be required to turn off Find-my on any apple device for us to service it. You can do that after you arrive but it does require this information. Even if your device does not power on, Find-My must be turned off. We can assist you with this so long as you know your Apple ID and password.
We also recommend completing a backup if possible. If you cannot do a backup, please discuss it with us when you arrive.
We do not require appointments but do give priority to them. You can make an appointment by phone or through Apple.
Check-in and Diagnostics: When you arrive, we will ask you for more details regarding your issue and perform an initial visual inspection of the device. We will collect your contact information.
For iOS devices: (such as iPhones, Apple TVs and Apple Watches) We will run diagnostics to determine the best repair solutions for you. This usually takes 15-30 minutes and we need you present for this part of the process. Often, we can repair these devices the same day. When a replacement device is required or we do not have a part on hand, it usually can still be completed in 3-5 business days.
For MacOS devices and other computer devices: We will take your device and perform various diagnostics as quickly as possible. As it can take up to 24 business hours to thoroughly diagnose your machine, we do not expect you to wait. As soon as have determined the available service options, we will contact you and discuss them with you. After receiving your approval, we will proceed with the repair. If parts are required, they usually arrive in 3-5 business days.
